At Fastweb Networks, we’re committed to delivering fast, reliable, and customer-friendly internet services. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your service or request a refund. Our policy ensures a smooth and transparent experience for all our users.

Cancellation Policy – No Strings Attached!

We value flexibility and customer satisfaction. Here’s how cancellation works with Fastweb Networks:

For New Connections (Before Installation):

If installation has NOT yet been completed, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will receive a 100% refund, processed within 24–48 hours. Just contact our support team via call, WhatsApp, or email.

For Active Connections (After Installation):

If you cancel within 7 days of activation, you may receive a partial refund (excluding installation/setup charges).
If you cancel after 7 days, your cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle. No refund is issued for unused days if the service is cancelled mid-month.

Equipment Return Policy

If you were provided with any equipment (router, modem, ONU), it must be returned in working condition. If not returned or found damaged, charges may be deducted from your refund.

Eligible Refunds:

Full Refunds: 
Applicable for cancellations before installation. 

Partial Refunds: 
May be issued in case of persistent service issues after troubleshooting. 

Non-Refundable: 
Installation & setup fees. 
Subscription fees after the service has been used. Equipment charges (if not returned).

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days. Amount will be credited via the original payment method.

Plan Change & Downgrade

Policy: We offer you the freedom to upgrade or downgrade your internet plan. 

Upgrading: 
The new plan will be activated immediately. 

Downgrading: 
The new plan will apply from your next billing cycle. Note: No refunds are issued for mid-cycle downgrades.
